Presentations at Club Meetings in Southern California & Beyond

Rene & Patty will be giving a fun and informative presentation at the following club meetings. (If you don't belong to a club, you really should. So much sharing of information and plants goes on that belonging to a club is a must for any plant grower or collector.)

Our Presentation: Taking excellent photos of your beautiful plants. You don't need to buy an expensive camera to take great photos. We give you some simple techniques that will take your photography to another level.

The 25th Annual Intercity Show & Sale
August 14 - 15

The Greatest Succulent Show in the Country has made it to its Silver Anniversary Year and is still going strong.

The quality of the plants on the show tables and the sales area continues to astound everyone who attends. Last year we had visitors from Korea, Japan, Thailand, Canada, England, and I’m sure many other countries. Pictures of the show appear in every electronic medium available, showing up on Facebook, Flickr and YouTube.

Some of the plants entered in the show are on their second and third owners, and are beginning to develop a heritage of caretakers that is rivaled only by the best Bonsai shows. There are plants that will be shown this year that have been grown in pots for decades. There are plants propagated from cuttings from the original type plant collected by some of the early plant collectors of the 20th century. In the same show there will be spectacular hybrids created in the past year and exhibited nowhere else. I will be a vendor among many others this year and I hope to see you there. Please join me for a great weekend.
